Terms of Service

Service. Prosperum Factory provides static audit, deduplication and recovery planning for digital product builds (ZIP/HTML archives). The service is in public testing (beta): features may change, and uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

Acceptable use. Upload only code you own or are authorised to process. Do not upload malware, personal data of third parties, or content that violates law. We may remove content that violates these terms.

No execution, no guarantees. Uploaded code is never executed. Audit findings are review indicators, not proof of behaviour; recovery cost figures are rough estimates, not professional quotations. The service is provided «as is».

Your content stays yours. You retain all rights to uploaded archives and generated reports. We claim no ownership over your code.

Payments (declared). Paid plans are announced on the Pricing page but are not yet enabled: no charges are made during testing. When payments open after public testing, a charge will occur only after your explicit confirmation on a checkout page. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time; access remains until the end of the paid period. Refund rules will be published before payments open.

Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prosperum Factory is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or decisions made based on audit estimates. Aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months (zero while the service is free).
